Stobicast^® K 1660 – 2-Component Gap Filler

Our silicone-free Stobicast^® K 1660 is distinguished by its high thermal conductivity (3 W/mK) and excellent adhesion on aluminum and anodized surfaces. This polyurethane-based gap filler is ideal for use in electric vehicle (EV) batteries and can be compressed within 60 minutes, offering great ease of use for demanding applications. Stobicast^® K 1665 – Thermally Conductive Adhesive

Our Stobicast^® K 1665 is a 2-component polyurethane adhesive designed to bond mechanically stressed surfaces. With its outstanding thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, it is perfect for use in challenging environments such as battery modules. The adhesive is flame retardant (UL 94 V-0) and chemically resistant, making it a sustainable solution for critical thermal management applications.

Stobicast^® L 807 – Potting Compound

The Stobicast^® L 807 is a flexible, 2-component potting compound that provides excellent protection for battery modules against environmental influences. It offers stable thermal conductivity (1.6 W/mK) and is flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0. This potting compound also offers high chemical resistance, making it ideal for protecting electronic components.
