Your central ordering channel

Use MESSENGER as new ordering channel

STOCKMEIER offers you the opportunity to send us your orders easily, quickly and straightforwardly via the messenger services WhatsApp and Telegram.

This facilitates our cooperation and simplifies the ordering process enormously. The new service is now available to all our existing customers.

The messenger ordering process is controlled by our messenger bot 'BOP' (= placing orders online). This takes your orders around the clock. However, you can also leave enquiries or a contact request. An overview of the different commands for the chatbot can be found on the page below.

We are constantly developing our BOT further, so that it gets more functions. You miss something? Please contact us!

MESSENGER Registration

To register successfully, follow the steps below:

  1. Scan the QR code of the desired messenger service.
  2. Enter our phone number as contact.
  3. Type START and then REGISTRIERUNG into the text input field of the messenger together with your name, customer number/company name and postcode. (We maintain your data automatically and you can order immediately.) For a short instruction and list of commands type BOP.
  4. Start your order by sending us product, quantity etc.
  5. Sit back and wait for our e-mail with the order confirmation. If you have any questions, we will of course contact you.

List of commands

START - You start the chat with our messengerbot 'BOP'.

REGISTRIERUNG - Together with your name, customer number/company name and postcode you register for the messenger service.

BOP - See examples of how enquiries & orders must look like.

HILFE - Get an overview of all commands the bot can handle.

  • for new customers:
    Unfortunately, we only offer "ordering via messenger services" for our existing customers. If you would like to order something from us, please contact us or register with our customer portal MYSTOCKMEIER here. Are you already a STOCKMEIER customer and would like to order via Messenger? Please follow the registration instructions on the left side.
  • App support for the messenger service: MESSENGER@STOCKMEIER supports the messenger services WhatsApp and Telegram. The apps are available for Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (App Store).
