Last year, three 10-year anniversaries, one 25-year anniversary and even one 43-year anniversary were celebrated. This February, our Nuremberg colleague Harry Fanslau celebrated a record-breaking 45 years with STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN. Harry Fanslau started as a warehouse employee at Staub in Nuremberg in 1977. Today, he works in the production and filling of acids and alkalis. "In these many years with the company, I have always had an excellent time and consistently good colleagues and supervisors," says Mr. Fanslau. And adds, "I still really enjoy coming to work!". That's a very nice statement, and after 45 years it's really a pleasure. He will shortly be entering his well-deserved retirement.
Our business partners also benefit from a consistent team. "Our customers have often known their contact persons for a very long time. And our employees know exactly what the customers need and what is important for each customer.
