We can offer a comprehensive service: starting with chemical-technical questions, formulation development, creation of product samples, measurement of product parameters and stability testing. On request, we can have compatibility tests and efficacy studies carried out for your products, as well as a safety assessment. We are also happy to advise you on the selection of a contract manufacturer and accompany the scale-up.

Experienced chemists will create a recipe especially for your for your product and the first prototypes are produced. In the process only carefully selected raw materials, preferably from our Personal Care portfolio, are used.

Once the right recipe has been found and the prototype has been approved by you, it is important to check the stability of the recipe. To do this, we carry out storage tests and check the product parameters at regular intervals. Bringing a new product to market also means clearing the associated legal hurdles. At your request, we have a germ load test, a dermatological report and a safety assessment carried out and prepared by independent, external institutes and service providers. These tests are mandatory and make up a significant part of your product information file (PID).

Through our distribution business, we are familiar with most cosmetics manufacturers in the market. We support you in finding the right manufacturer for your product. The classic tasks of a contract manufacturer include the procurement of raw materials as well as packaging materials. By selecting the raw materials in the formulation, we optimise the procurement process of your contract manufacturer in advance. This allows manufacturers to buy the necessary ingredients for the production of your product from a single source, with a correspondingly positive influence on cost management in terms of logistics, minimum purchase, etc.

Once the necessary raw materials have been procured, it is time to produce your recipe on a plant. The transfer from laboratory scale to production is called scale-up. In order to make this step safer, we offer to accompany the first approach at the manufacturer.

The bulk has been produced, filled and packaged and you are now now hold your finished product in your hands. Before you launch the product onto the market, it is your task as the "responsible person" to person" to carry out the notification and to register your product in the CPNP portal of the EU.
