Cold Cast Polyurethanes​

Flexible and Semi Flexible products – tough, resilient, high elongation, tear and tensile strength. Hardness ranges to encompass – natural and synthetic rubber, LSR silicones, TPE, TPU, TPE, flexible PVC.  

• Concrete casting, concrete stamps and architectural form liners – to create a pattern or a shape for either pouring concrete into or as a concrete stamp mat. Urethane is the preferred material. It offers long term stability against hydrolysis, good chemical resistance, flexibility and toughness for repeated use.  
• Offshore – flexible urethane systems for field joints on undersea pipelines providing mechanical and thermal protection. For bumpers on boats and offshore wind farms, for protection coatings on mooring ropes, for impact and insulation of surface and subsea oil and gas assets.  

Semi Rigid and Rigid products – high impact, tough, resilient, high tear and tensile strength. Hardness ranges to replicate ABS, PP, PE. 

• Street Furniture – rigid, high impact urethane for the encapsulation of steel tubes to create unlimited designs for bollards, garbage cans, tree rings, lampposts. Replacement of metal to reduce painting costs and freedom on variety of design.  
• Window ornaments – rigid, high impact strength for door and window surrounds 
• Abrasive flap wheels / grinding tools – rigid bonding and mechanical strength with multiple substrates.
