Ethical behaviour at our company

Our mission statement outlines the values that define us and how we aim to work with our business partners – today and in the future. In addition to the four pillars of the company’s mission statement (intelligent change, passion, sustainability and respect), we also place great importance on lawful and ethical conduct at all times.
Our Code of Conduct summarizes our most important basic rules and principles, all of which are binding. They apply equally to all employees of STAUB & CO. – SILBERMANN GmbH.

For fair cooperation

Fair and sustainable behavior is important to us. All employees are therefore always guided by our four corporate values

In addition to our guidelines, we have developed a code of conduct for our employees. It clarifies what our company stands for, provides guidelines for ethically correct behavior and clearly shows our boundaries. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees and members of management. The Code also contains valuable information for our business partners.
